PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition suitable for a rolling shaft bearing under high temperature and exhibiting stable lubricity for long time and a shaft bearing encapsulating the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a grease composition containing (a) a base oil, (b) a thickener, (c) a compound having an alkyl thiocarbamoyl group represented by the formula (1), (d) a hindered phenolic antioxidant and (e) a metal deactivator.
