The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vacuum heat-insulating material, a heat-insulating box, and a production method for the vacuum heat-insulating material, whereby the speed that gas is adsorbed inside the vacuum heat-insulating material is increased and the heat-insulating properties thereof are improved, as a result of using a packaging material having high air-permeability. The vacuum heat-insulating material (1) comprises a core material (10) comprising a fiber assembly, an adsorption agent (30) that adsorbs at least moisture, and an outer packaging material (20) that covers the core material (10) and the adsorption agent (30). Inside the outer packaging material (20) is depressurized and sealed. A packaging material (31) for the adsorption agent (30) packages the adsorption agent (30) without using heat sealing. |
