PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system for collective housing capable of selecting ringing tone according to a visitor while preventing increase of the cost for the system.SOLUTION: The intercom system includes: a dwelling unit 12 that selectively emits plural ringing tones; a ringing tone key operation storage 22 that registers a desired key operation while associating with one of ringing tones of the dwelling unit. When a key operation is made for calling the dwelling unit 12 from a lobby unit 11, the dwelling unit 12 emits a predetermined ringing tone. After that, when a key operation which is registered in the ringing tone key operation storage 22 is made from the lobby unit 11, the dwelling unit 12 switches the emitting ringing tone to a ringing tone corresponding to the key operation. |
