PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mailing counter terminal device capable of reliably bonding a specific label to a received mail even when a large number of mails is received by priority for a short period of time, such as, when a mailing counter is congested, and capable of reducing a man-caused mistake such as a label bonding error.SOLUTION: A mailing counter terminal device includes: a memory unit in which pieces of identification information representing types of mails, pieces of format information associated with the types of mails represented by the pieces of identification information, and mailing information are stored in association with one another; a control unit, and the like. Based on identification information representing a type of mail inputted at an input unit, format information associated with the type of mail, and mailing information, the control unit produces print data of a print to be bonded to the mail, and stores the print data in the memory unit in association with mail specification information with which the mail can be specified on a display unit. For issuing the print, the mail specification information associated with the print data is selectively displayed on the display unit. When the mail specification information is selected, the print to be bonded to the mail is printed and issued based on the print data associated with the mail specification information. |
