PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging module and a range finding module capable of measuring a distance alone which are small-sized and excellent in reliability.SOLUTION: The imaging module includes an electric cable, a plurality of optical functional elements, and a three-dimensional wiring base body on whose surface the wiring for electrically connecting the electric cable and the plurality of optical functional elements is formed. The three-dimensional wiring base body includes a base part connected with the electric cable and a mounting part in which a mounting surface is provided at the leading end on the side opposite to the side where the base part is provided. At least one of the plurality of optical functional elements is a solid state imaging device having a light receiving part for receiving light. The mounting surface is roughly orthogonal to the axial direction of the electric cable. The plurality of optical functional elements are provided on the same mounting surface. |
