PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure and a connecting method of a wire harness, capable of easily and reliably connecting a copper conductor and an aluminum conductor in a coated aluminum wire and a coated copper wire constituting a wire harness.SOLUTION: A wire harness 1 comprises: a copper wire 20 formed by coating a copper conductor 22 with an insulating coat 21, the copper conductor being configured by twisting a copper strand wire 23; an aluminum wire 10 formed by coating an aluminum conductor 12 with an insulating coat 11, the aluminum conductor being configured by twisting an aluminum strand wire 13. In the wire harness 1, an aluminum wire exposed portion 12a and a copper wire exposed portion 22a, which are exposed from the insulating coats 11, 21, are subjected to molten metal connection using molten solder. |
