PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, when trying to from a complicated pattern, a fine pattern transfer is hard to be realized, although decoration of oiliness solid cosmetics is performed by spraying pearl agent and forming uneven patterns.SOLUTION: An oiliness solid cosmetic having two layers or more, as well as having a projection part, can be obtained by the processes of: filling a first oiliness solid cosmetic into a mold having a recessed part; removing the first oiliness solid cosmetic attached on the surface of the mold except the recessed part; attaching a frame to the outer periphery of the mold; and filling a second oiliness solid cosmetic that is in a molten state in the frame, and taking away the mold after solidification of the second oiliness solid cosmetic. |
