摘要 The invention provides an ultrasonic wave flowmeter that can reduce extension of a tubular main body in axial direction. In the ultrasonic wave flowmeter (10), a pair of sensor mounting holes (32A, 32A) are set between two ends of a pair of ultrasonic wave sensors (15, 15) that are in longest distance to each other, wherein the ultrasonic wave sensors (15, 15) are set in peripheral wall of a tubular main body (11) in the way of connecting with a pipe (90) in axial direction of the tubular main body (11). An assembling temperature sensor (30) and a pressure sensor (31) are inserted into the pair of sensor mounting holes (32A, 32A) from outside. Besides, a battery (61), a circuit substrate (62) and a display monitor (63) are set in series from the outer side of the temperature sensor (30) and the pressure sensor (31) in radial direction of the tubular main body (11).
