PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor heating/cooling method and an indoor heating/cooling device with high durability which can efficiently heat and cool the inside of a room, and in which temperature control can be easily performed.SOLUTION: Cinder concrete 23, which is a heat insulation material, is arranged under the floor of a room whose circumference is surrounded by a heat insulation material, water circulating in a copper pipe 6 buried in the cinder concrete 23 is caused to flow at a flow rate of 0.2-0.8 m/sec, the flow rate is controlled so that a difference in temperatures between at an inlet part (a going pipe part 16) and at a return port part (a return pipe part 17) of the water to the copper pipe 6 falls within 0.5°C, and the water is always circulated in the copper pipe 6 to control the indoor temperature by controlling the water temperature so that a difference in temperature falls within 10°C during heating, and within minus 7°C during cooling with respect to a desired floor surface temperature. |
