PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling comfortable air-conditioning and keeping a service life of a motor by suppressing degradation of accuracy of a sensor and influence by time lag.SOLUTION: An air conditioner in which air-conditioning is controlled on the basis of information acquired through a sensor acquiring information on an air-conditioned space to execute air conditioning by each area, includes a control portion 130 having a first mode for acquiring the information of each area at a prescribed frequency through the sensor and determining a condition of the air-conditioned space, and a second mode for acquiring the information of each area similarly as the first mode but at a frequency higher than that of the first mode, and determining the condition of the air-conditioned space, switching the modes on the basis of a prescribed condition, determining the condition of the air-conditioned space by the switched mode, and controlling the air-conditioning on the basis of the result. |
