PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing wall frame which can constitute a frame resisting horizontal force, give excellent seismic performance to a building, enables an opening to be provided at a region where the bearing wall is arranged, can be applied to even a case where width of column spacing is wide, and is easily adaptable to various dimensions and strength to be requested.SOLUTION: Both ends of a bearing unit 3 are joined to adjacent columns. The bearing unit 3 has: a pair of vertically separated horizontal muntins 4, 5; and shear force burdening members 6 interposed between the horizontal muntins 4, 5. The bearing unit 3 is constituted in a ladder shape constituted of:, for example, the horizontal muntins 4, 5; and a plurality of muntins 9 which are joined between the horizontal muntins 4, 5 and form the shear force burdening members 6. The bearing unit 3 and the columns are connected with bolts 20. |
