An elevator group supervisory control apparatus provided by the invention can inhibit confusion and dissatisfied feelings of passengers in an elevator lobby of destination floor reservation type elevators in rush hours. An elevator group supervisory control apparatus (1), which controls the operation of multiple elevators according to destination floors registered by passengers before the passengers take the elevator, includes a confusion judgment means (103) which judges whether the elevator is in a confusion state; a passenger group generation unit (106) for grouping the passengers according to the registered destination floors when the elevator is judged to be in the confusion state; a passenger group and waiting position association unit (108) which sets a waiting position for the passengers in a passenger group according to the generated passenger groups before an elevator is assigned to the passengers; and a waiting position informing unit (111) which informs the passengers of the waiting position. |
