PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a congestion degree of a future route in a wider range on the basis of a congestion degree of an area.SOLUTION: A congestion degree prediction device refers to positioning information of a plurality of terminal devices and information of own home areas of respective users of the plurality of terminal devices, and specifies users staying in an object area during a predetermined time as a staying user in each different user's own home area. The congestion degree prediction device searches a route back home being a route for being passed through in the direction of a staying user's own home area from the object area, and calculates a prediction value of a congestion degree in each route back home in the future on the basis of the number of users in each different staying user's own home area. |
