PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent positional deviation of a palette in the case of an earthquake etc. by simple structure utilizing an existing mechanism without adding a new device.SOLUTION: A palette feeding device comprises: a lateral feed mechanism 40 having a lateral feed drive roller 42 which laterally feeds a palette and a lateral feed guide roller 45 which regulates movement of the palette in a longitudinal direction; a longitudinal feed mechanism having a longitudinal feed drive roller 52 which longitudinally feeds the palette and a longitudinal feed guide roller 55 which regulates movement of the palette in a lateral direction; a feed mechanism switching device which selectively actuates the lateral feed mechanism 40 and the longitudinal feed mechanism; and a controller which selectively executes a lateral feed mode for laterally feeding the palette by the lateral feed mechanism 40, a longitudinal feed mode for longitudinally feeding the palette by the longitudinal feed mechanism, and a fixation mode for regulating movement of the palette in the lateral and longitudinal directions by both of the lateral feed guide roller 45 and the longitudinal feed guide roller 55. |
