A sprinkle guide provided above an ice making plate (18) in a trickle ice making machine having the ice making plate (18) on which vertically extending projecting portions (20) are formed while spaced apart in the lateral direction and making a lump of ice (M) from ice making water supplied to an ice making surfaces (22a) provided between adjoining projecting portions (20, 20), and an ice making water tank (26) provided below the ice making plate (18) and collecting the ice making water trickling from the ice making surfaces (22a) of the ice making plate (18) and guiding the ice making water supplied from the ice making water tank (26) to the ice making surfaces (22a) of the ice making plate (18) comprises a cover parts (42) located above each projecting portions (20), a guide parts (44) provided between adjoining cover parts (42, 42) to face the ice making surfaces (22a); while inclining downward from the projection end side of the projecting portions (20) toward the ice making surfaces (22a) side and guiding the ice making water to the ice making surfaces (22a) through a slit (44a) defined between the inclination lower end and the ice making surfaces (22a), and a notch (48) provided at the upper end of the guide parts (44) and formed lower than the upper end of the cover parts (42). |
