PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with built-in touch panel function capable of avoiding increase in thickness, process and member cost, and degradation of display quality.SOLUTION: A display device 1 with built-in touch panel function includes an array substrate 2, wiring layers 4, 5, a sealing layer 12, a counter substrate 3, a plurality of sensor electrodes 16a, 16b, and a contact 17. The wiring layers 4, 5 are formed on the array substrate 2. The sealing layer 12 is formed on the wiring layers 4, 5. The counter substrate 3 faces the array substrate 2 via the sealing layer 12. The plurality of sensor electrodes 16a, 16b are formed, respectively, on both surfaces of the counter substrate 3. The contact 17 passes through the sealing layer 12, and electrically connects the sensor electrode 16a formed on the side facing the array substrate 2 of the counter substrate 3, out of the plurality of sensor electrodes 16a, 16b, with the wiring layer 5. |
