PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical component having a light reflection function that does not require wavelength selectivity and is maintained even when irradiated with intense ultraviolet rays.SOLUTION: An optical component is attached to an end face of the optical fiber. The optical component has the same core/cladding structure as an optical fiber and a refractive index of the core and a refractive index of the cladding are respectively larger than the refractive index of the core and the refractive index of the cladding of the optical fiber. |
