PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder high-speed too steel which causes less temper softening, is excellent in high-temperature temper hardness and used in cutting tools and dies having excellent high-temperature temper hardness, high hardness and high abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: A powder high-speed tool steel comprises 1.65-1.80 mass% of C, 0.5 mass% or less of Si, 0.5 mass% or less of Mn, 3.8-4.5 mass% of Cr, 1.1-1.5 mass% of Mo, 10.8-12.8 mass% of W, 4.2-4.8 mass% of V, 4.5-5.5 mass% of Co, 13.5-15 mass% of Mo+W and remaining Fe and unavoidable impurities, and has excellent high-temperature temper hardness. |
