摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell, the conversion efficiency of which can be enhanced while reducing the manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A collector electrode 7 on one principal surface of a photoelectric conversion part 50 consists of n(n&ge;2) finger electrodes extending in a first direction, and a bus bar electrode extending in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction. Each electrode includes a first conductive layer 71 and a second conductive layer 72, in this order, from the photoelectric conversion part side. An insulation layer 9 is included between the conductive layers, and formed to cover the first conductive layer. The insulation layer on the first conductive layer has an opening, and the first and second conductive layers are preferably conducted through the opening. The first conductive layer forming the finger electrode preferably satisfies a relationship W1<W2, where W1 is the width at the end, and W2 is the width at the intersection with the bus bar. The finger electrode preferably satisfies a relationship 0.85×d1&le;d2&le;1.15×d1, where d1 is the film thickness at the end, and d2 is the film thickness at the intersection with the bus bar.
