PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker arrangement structure on a front-passenger seat kick board, which is able to achieve, at a high standard, acoustic performance ensured by sufficient volume of a loudspeaker box and a passenger protection performance that satisfies impact absorption and relief and front displacement inhibition through disposing a tibia protection pad on an essential part.SOLUTION: A loudspeaker arrangement structure on a front-passenger seat kick board comprises: a loudspeaker box 20 that is provided on the front-passenger seat kick board 4 and reproduces deep bass; and a tibia protection pad 30 provided behind the loudspeaker box 20. The rear part of the loudspeaker box 20 has a rear extension part 21c having, as an upper side, a step lowering part 21d formed in the direction of vehicle width such that a step is lowered. A front underside 30a of the tibia projection pad 30 is disposed opposite the step lowering part 21d. An upper side 30b is formed in the same plane as a front upper side 21b of the loud speaker box 20. |
