摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite powder broth seasoning which allows a sufficiently condensed natural composite broth including a plurality of natural materials in combination to be obtained by one-time simmering in a short time.SOLUTION: The composite powder broth seasoning is manufactured by a method including: a first step of classifying arbitrarily prepared broth materials to make a broth having an intended taste and components into a seaweed group, a dried fish and shellfish group, a mushroom group, and medical herb group by strain; a second step of obtaining broth extracts and bones by a method suitable for the materials of each group; a third step of obtaining grains of a broth extract mixture made by adding processed bone powder and non-bone powder processed from untreated materials different from the broth materials to the broth extract, pasting the mixture, and then drying the paste; and a fourth step of mixing the grains of broth extract mixture of the groups each manufactured in the third step in a specific ratio.
