The present invention relates to a refrigerating appliance comprising a cabinet (102), at least one door (103a) and at least one flexible tubular element (112) inserted on one side in the cabinet (102) and on the other side in the door (103a), the door (103a) being connected to the cabinet (102) through at least one hinge (110) allowing the door (103a) to rotate about an axis of rotation (111) for opening and closing; the refrigerating appliance further comprises a guiding element (113), wherein the guiding element (113) comprises a guiding fulcrum (114) defining a guiding axis (115) around which the flexible element (112) is adapted to wind and unwind, at least partially, during the closing and opening, respectively, and further comprises a support (116) defining a surface substantially perpendicular to the guiding axis (115) and adapted to support the flexible tubular element (112).
