[Problem] To provide a novel cleaning method and cleaning device, whereby it is possible to solve the problems related to conventional rotation cleaning methods. [Solution] A cleaning method involving an object to be cleaned securing means (10, 20) for securing an object to be cleaned by covering the object to be cleaned from two directions, such as from the top and bottom or from the right side and left side, and a cleaning means (30) for cleaning the object to be cleaned, wherein the cleaning means (30) can be near or away from the object to be cleaned, and the object to be cleaned is cleaned by means of a cleaning tool provided with a fluid spraying mechanism (60) and recovery mechanism (70). A cleaning device embodying said cleaning method. |
