A guide film alignment method comprises the following steps: step 1, providing a substrate (1), and manufacturing a guide film (3) on the substrate (1); step 2, performing laser engraving of the guide film (3), and forming multiple tiny grooves (31) with the consistent directionality in the guide film (3); step 3, cleaning the substrate (1) and the guide film (3), and removing dust generated due to the laser engraving; and step 4, carrying out a follow-up liquid crystal cell process. The method is easy to control, can avoid the problem of uneven friction existing in a traditional alignment method, enhance the alignment stability, and improve the alignment effect. |
