PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data entry system for enabling even a general person to widely perform an operator who performs data input by preventing information leakage on the process of data entry for making a handwritten document including personal information electronic data.SOLUTION: A data entry system comprises a client computer 10 provided with scanning means 11 for scanning an original sheet comprising handwritten documents with protection information described, a server computer 20 managed by a service provision organization for providing a data entry service to be connected to the client computer 10 through a network, and a plurality of information terminals 30 connected to the Internet to be data communicable to a server computer. The client computer 10 attaches encrypted identification data to each of a plurality of divided division image data, and then transmits the division image data attached with the encrypted identification data to the server computer 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
