PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam that has a uniform structure and excels in balance of physical properties such as strength, repulsion elasticity, oil resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and heat resistance.SOLUTION: A polyurethane foam includes: a polyurethane that is a reaction product of (a) an organic isocyanate and (b) a polycarbonate diol, wherein the a polycarbonate diol (b) is a polycarbonate diol that has a repeating unit shown by formula (A) -O-R-O-CO-, and a terminal hydroxyl group, R group of the repeating unit shown by the formula (A) is a repeating unit in which 60-100 mole% is shown by 1,5-pentane (B) or 1,6-hexane (C), a proportion of a repeating unit shown by -O-(CH)-O-CO- to a repeating unit shown by -O-(CH)-O-CO- is 90:10-10:90 (molar ratio), and a ratio of a primary terminal OH is 95-99.5%. |
