The laser machining head has a mount (2) for sensor unit that is formed from electrically conductive material. The outer insulation unit (4) is formed from electrically insulating material, preferably from plastic, for electrical shielding. The inner insulation unit (5) is inserted within the outer insulation unit as radiation shield and inner insulation unit is formed from metal as inner shielding with respect to laser radiation and is electrically insulated from the sensor unit.
