Seam welding robot with roller electrodes

A seam welding robot (1, 1a to 1d) includes a robot arm (2) and a welding unit (3) that is coupled to the robot arm (2). The welding unit includes a pair of roller electrodes (31, 32). The pair of roller electrodes (31, 22) rotates following motion of the robot arm (2) while sandwiching and pressurizing welding targets. The welding unit (3) passes a welding electric current between the pair of roller electrodes (31, 32) to seam-weld the welding targets.
