PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program suppressing generation of a hole in a thermal transmission path and suppressing increase in analysis time, and to provide a computer-readable recording medium storing the program.SOLUTION: A program performs: generating reference data reproducing an analysis target (200) in a virtual space and consisting of a reference cell (21), and refer-to data consisting of a refer-to cell (22); calculating a total calculation value of thermal resistance of the reference cell and thermal resistance of a refer-to cell positioned in the same space as the reference cell; comparing between a threshold and a first comparison value obtained by comparing the aforementioned two values, to identify a reference cell related to a first comparison value exceeding the threshold; selecting a reference cell whose total calculation value is the smallest; disassembling the selected reference cell into a plurality of correction cells (23); calculating a total calculation value of thermal resistance of the correction cell and thermal resistance of a plurality of second refer-to cells positioned in the same space as the correction cell; calculating a second comparison value obtained by comparing between the aforementioned two total calculation values; identifying a correction cell related to a smallest second comparison value; and constituting a part of an analysis target using the identified correction cell. |
