PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a meeting schedule between a health care worker such as a medical doctor and a sales representative such as an MR.SOLUTION: A user information table 240 stores user information regarding health care workers working in a clinical department in a hospital. An MR information table 250 stores MR information regarding MRs in charge of sales to the health care workers working in the clinical department. An MR visit information table 270 stores MR visit information including a list of times when the MRs can visit the clinical department. An available visit time presentation part 150 presents the list of available visit times included in the MR visit information stored in the MR visit information table 270 to the health care workers specified by the user information stored in the user information table 240. A meeting time receiving part 160 receives a meeting time selected by a health care worker from the list of available visit times, and notifies an MR who can visit the clinical department of the meeting time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
