PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for accurately acquiring activity conditions of respective users with suppressed power consumption or communication amount.SOLUTION: An activity condition processing device 100 includes: a classification unit 101 for, on the basis of multiple pieces of activity condition information at least showing activity conditions of multiple users which are identified by using data acquired by multiple user devices, grouping users having similar activity conditions so as to classify the multiple user devices into at least one activity group; a selection unit 102 for selecting at least one representative user device from among multiple user devices belonging to the activity group; and an instruction unit 103 for instructing another user device other than the representative user device selected by the selection unit 102 which belongs to the activity group to suppress specific processing associated with the activity condition information. |
