PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting sheet capable of suppressing direct projection of sunlight (direct incident light), allowing efficient lighting, and making an outdoor side visible from an indoor side.SOLUTION: A sheet-like lighting sheet (20) is designed to be arranged at an opening of a building, with a sheet surface vertically disposed. The lighting sheet comprises: a sheet-like base material layer (22) having light transmissivity; and a light deflection layer (23) formed on one surface of the base material layer and configured to deflect light. The light deflection layer comprises: a plurality of light transmission parts (24) aligned along the one surface of the base material layer and configured to transmit light; and a light deflection part (25) arranged between neighboring light transmission parts and filled with a material having a refractive index lower than that of the light transmission parts. The light deflection parts are formed such that a side thereof on an upper portion in a cross section in a thickness direction of the lighting sheet projects upward, under a position where the lighting sheet is arranged at an opening of a building. |
