摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor configured to reduce image defects, such as black spots or fogging, as well as image non-uniformity.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor is formed by sequentially laminating an undercoat layer and a photosensitive layer, at least, on a conductive support. The undercoat layer contains a binder resin and two kinds of titanium oxide particles different in average primary particle diameter. When an average primary particle diameter of a titanium oxide particle (Ti1) having a larger particle diameter is denoted by d1 and an average primary particle diameter of the other titanium oxide particle (Ti2) is denoted by d2, a relation d2<1/2×d1 is satisfied, and a difference in hydrophobicity between Ti1 and Ti2 is 20% or more.
