PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy passenger's needs while increasing the opportunity of automatic engine stop by idling stop at a time of opening a roof.SOLUTION: If a blower fan 4 is driven, conditioned air passes through an evaporator 5 and is then blow off into a cabin. In a cooling operation, automatic engine stop by idling stop is prohibited at a time of closing a roof whereas the automatic engine stop is permitted on condition that an amount of insolation is equal to or smaller than a predetermined value at a time of opening the roof. Alternatively, the automatic engine stop may be permitted on condition that a side window glass is open at the time of opening the roof. In another alternative, the automatic engine stop may be permitted on condition that the amount of insolation is equal to or smaller than the predetermined value and a side window glass is open at the time of opening the roof. |
