PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform measurement inspection with an accuracy at or above certain measurement inspection accuracy over the entire range even when a measurement object has a wide range of the weight.SOLUTION: A detection method of a sheet-like material includes the steps of photographing a plurality of photographed images 104 of a sheet-like material 301 with rays of irradiation light having different intensities, combining setting images 109a to 109c for each irradiation light and subsequently selecting a pixel having the optimal irradiation light for each pixel to perform inspection of the weight, and thereby allowing the selection of data having the optical transmittance for each pixel to perform inspection. Thus, a variation in the relationship between a change in weight and a change in transmittance can be suppressed, and certain measurement accuracy can be ensured over the entire range even when a measurement object has a wide range of the weight. |
