PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which is used in precision molded articles such as optical instrument mechanism components, components around light source lamps, connector ferrules for optical fibers, printer components, copying machine components, automobile lamp components, automobile radiator tank components, and components in automobile engine rooms and water section pipes or casings as applications, which contains a polymer alloy comprising a polyphenylene sulfide resin and a polyphenylene ether resin, and which has toughness and rigidity well-balancedly and excellent vibration fatigue characteristics.SOLUTION: The resin composition is obtained by feeding a raw material component, which contains a specific amount of a linear type polyphenylene sulfide resin (a), a specific amount of a cross-linked type polyphenylene sulfide resin (b), a specific amount of the polyphenylene ether resin (c), a specific amount of a mixing agent (d) and a specific amount of an inorganic filler (e), to a melt-kneading machine by a specific method and melt-kneading the fed raw material component. |
