The mechanism (1) has a high speed date change mechanism (50) that changes a date at a specific frequency. An annular date indicator (20) is provided with teeth (26), where one of the teeth is pressed to carry out a date changing operation. A date change unit (42) is arranged to press the corresponding tooth of the date indicator. A mobile striking control mechanism (5) is arranged with the date indicator. The date change mechanism allows changing of date of two days at the end of a short month having thirty days or less. |
