The invention relates to a plunger core coil (1) comprising a coil (3) with an air gap (5), a threaded spindle (7) which pushes through the air gap (5) and has a cylindrical base body (17) made of metal, and a plunger coil (6, 6') with a nut (9, 9') which is wound onto the threaded spindle (7) and lies on the side of the plunger coil (6, 6') facing the air gap (5), wherein at least one longitudinal section (15, 16) of the base body (17) of the threaded spindle (7) is provided with at least one slot (18) which extends across the longitudinal section (15, 16) and is filled with a non-metallic inlay (19), and wherein an outer surface of the inlay (19) forms, with an outer surface (20) of the base body (17), a thread (10, 10') across the longitudinal section (15, 16). The invention further relates to a threaded spindle (7) for a plunger core coil (1) and a method for producing a threaded spindle (7) of this type. |
