PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling method for a metal plate material, which enables the metal plate material, hardly causing warping after rolling, to be obtained when the metal plate material is rolled by using such a one-side-driving rolling mill as a temper rolling mill.SOLUTION: A rolling method for a metal plate material is characterized in that lubrication conditions of top and under surfaces of the metal plate material are controlled on the basis of a difference between peripheral velocities of upper and lower work rolls by measuring the peripheral velocities of the upper and lower work rolls, when the metal plate material is rolled by using a rolling mill for driving one side of the upper and lower work rolls or a rolling mill for driving one side of the upper and lower support rolls. |
