PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that allows suppressing an increase in size and cost of a switching element module and preventing breakage of a control circuit occurring associated with breakage of a switching element.SOLUTION: An FET module 110 includes FETs 110a to 110d and a thermistor 110e. A power conversion device has an insulation circuit 151 separately provided from the FET module 110 between the thermistor 110e and a control circuit 16, and insulates and outputs a detection result of the thermistor 110e. The control circuit 16 is insulated from the FET module 110 by the insulation circuit 151. Consequently, a voltage VH1 using a high-voltage side ground HGND as a reference is not applied to the control circuit 16, which suppresses an increase in size and cost of the FET module 110, thereby preventing breakage of the control circuit 16 occurring associated with breakage of the FETs 110a to 110d. |
