PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress protrusion of an adhesive as much as possible by firmly performing adhesive bonding of a resin frame member around the outer periphery of a solid polymer electrolyte membrane constituting a stepped-type MEA with a simple structure.SOLUTION: In an electrolyte membrane-electrode structure 10 with a resin frame, an inside swollen part 24a of a resin frame member 24 has a go-around concave part 26a in which an adhesive is provided. The go-round concave part 26a is provided between an inner peripheral protrusion 26b1 and an outer peripheral protrusion 26b2. In an adhesive width being a separation distance between the inner peripheral protrusion 26b1 and the outer peripheral protrusion 26b2, an adhesive width L4 in a curved angle part 26b2 (cor.) of the go-round concave part 26a is set to be larger than an adhesive width L3 in the other part. |
