PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary machine capable of adjusting magnetic flux amount flowing from a stator through a magnetic gap and a rotor, and achieving high efficiency in any rotation area.SOLUTION: A stator 1 is applied, which is equipped with permanent magnets 14 provided at a plurality of predetermined places of a ring-shaped stator core 11 and having magnetism in a circumferential direction A, and a plurality of field windings 15 wound between the permanent magnets 14 adjoining each other in the circumferential direction A of the stator core 11 and generating a magnetic flux in the opposite direction to a magnetic flux of each permanent magnet 14. The magnetic flux of each permanent magnet 14 passing through the stator 1 without leaking out to a gap between stator teeth 12 and a rotor pole 22, in the state the field windings are not excited, can be changed to a magnet flux passing through a magnetic gap and a rotor 2 with the magnetic flux of each field winding 15, in the state the field winding are excited. |
