PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely join an electrolyte membrane/electrode structure and a resin frame member to each other and accurately position the electrolyte membrane/electrode structure and the resin frame member with a simple structure.SOLUTION: In an electrolyte membrane/electrode structure 10 with a resin frame, an electrolyte membrane/electrode structure 10a and a resin frame member 24 are integrated. In an inner expansion part 24a forming the resin frame member 24, a protruding part 26a contacting with an outer peripheral edge part 18be of a solid polymer electrolyte membrane 18, and a flat surface part 26b formed into a shape thinner than the protruding part 26a are provided. An adhesion layer 28 is formed between the flat surface part 26b and the solid polymer electrolyte membrane 18. |
