PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic with excellent impact resistance in which, while having a soft touch and a stretch to skin after molding, it is hard to make occurrence of trouble, e.g., that the cosmetic is slipped in a container when it is dropped to make a gap and it is made to fall out from a container.SOLUTION: In a solid powder cosmetic blended with a powder component of 40 to 70 mass% and an oily component of 30 to 60 mass%, the powder includes hollow resin powder of specified relative density and silica with an oil absorption of 50 to 80 mL/100 g. |
