PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot dip galvanized steel sheet and alloyed hot dip galvanized steel sheet of 980 MPa or more that are excellent in, platability, balance between strength and ductility, and workability of bendability, as well as delayed fracture resistant characteristics.SOLUTION: The high-strength plated steel sheet is a plated steel sheet having a plating layer on the surface of a basis steel sheet and contains a predetermined in-steel component, and includes, in an order from the interface between the basis steel sheet and the plating layer toward the basis steel sheet side; a soft layer in which, when the sheet thickness of the basis steel sheet is set as t, the Vickers hardness is 90% or less of the Vickers hardness at t/4 portion of the basis steel sheet; and a hard layer containing a martensite and bainite, and a ferrite in a predetermined range. The average depth D of the soft layer is 20 μm or more, and the average depth d of the internal oxidation layer is 4 μm or more and less than D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
