PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat countermeasure device introduction energy saving provisional calculation evaluation system by performing a provisional calculation evaluation as to whether the heat countermeasure device can be introduced and delivered within a target investment recovery year so as to promote energy saving.SOLUTION: A user defines a facility such as a plant before a process is improved, combines a process device and a stream, inputs specification values thereof from a terminal 10, and makes an access to a server 60. The server 60 calculates on trial energy saving items and the like for a model before improvement using a heat exchanger type DB31, a piping material DB32, and a labor and utility cost DB33 in addition to a variance check part 51 of an input value for a prepared plant model, an energy saving evaluation item trial calculation part 52, an energy cost reduction amount trial calculation part 53, and an approximate cost trial calculation part 54 relating to the addition of heat countermeasure device and piping, all of which are previously prepared. Further, a facility after a process is improved is defined, the investment recovery year is calculated on trial by an investment recovery year trial calculation part 55 for a model after improvement, and a target investment recovery year is calculated on trial, and displayed using a piping length/movement distance trial calculation part 56 so that a delivery is made within the set investment recovery year. |
