PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of a method which allows a management terminal to be connected with an object device by using a device name, by inquiring a network device, and holding the information associating the device name and the IP address in the management terminal, that when the IP address of the object device is changed, the correspondence information of the device name and IP address is brought into a state different from the actual situation, until the information is collected again from the management terminal, and the management terminal requires a function for inquiring the network device.SOLUTION: A network device is provided with the information for associating the device name and the IP address, and the information of the device name and IP address is updated every time when the IP address of the network device is changed. |
