There is provided a nonaqueous electrolytic solution for an energy storage device provided with a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution which is obtained by dissolving an electrolytic salt into a nonaqueous solvent, wherein the negative electrode contains, as a negative electrode active material, lithium titanate that has a ratio D BET /D X (µm/µm) of 3 or less, the ratio D BET /D x (µm/µm) being a ratio of a specific surface area equivalent diameter D BET calculated from a specific surface area measured by a BET method to a crystallite diameter D X calculated using a Scherrer equation from an X-ray diffractometry result, and the nonaqueous electrolytic solution contains 0.01 to 3% by mass of an organic or inorganic compound having an oxalate structure, and 0.01 to 5% by mass of at least one isocyanate compound. |
