PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system preferable for remotely starting a communication device, and also to provide a communication control device, a communication control method, and a program.SOLUTION: The communication system comprises a communication terminal in a first network segment, and a communication control device and a communication device in a second network segment. In the communication control device, a reception unit 211 receives a start instruction for turning on power of a main control unit of the communication device, from the communication terminal. A distribution unit 212 starts the communication device by distributing the received start instruction to unspecified apparatuses existing in the second network segment. |
