PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch sensor which prevents a gap between electrodes from being recognized, a touch panel and a display device.SOLUTION: A touch sensor includes a plurality of drive electrodes 3D arranged in a band shape in parallel, and a plurality of first drive pseudo patterns 3D1 arranged between the drive electrodes 3D apart from the drive electrodes 3D. Each of the first drive pseudo patterns 3D1 is formed to overlap the drive electrode 3D by parallel displacement of the first drive pseudo pattern 3D1. A gap between the drive electrode 3D and the first drive pseudo pattern 3D1 is smaller than a lattice spacing in the drive electrode 3D. In the gap between the drive electrode 3D and the drive pseudo pattern 3D1, a second drive pseudo pattern 3D2 is arranged. |
